TechCA announced that Ben Hafer, a longtime state and federal technology leader and the founder of The Digital Services Group, has joined the association’s Advisory Council.

His public-sector leadership includes serving as the Director of Technology for California Child Welfare Digital Services (CWDS) and as the Chief Enterprise Architect for the Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (OTSI), where he oversaw major statewide initiatives spanning federal, state, and local partners.

The Advisory Council helps shape TechCA’s priorities and strategic direction, ensuring a strong membership experience and advancing the organization’s mission to strengthen collaboration between industry and government.
