TechCA is a nonprofit trade association whose members are professional business people working with government partners to solve critical problems for Californians.

Those who attend TechCA activities are expected to participate as professionals working in collaboration toward common goals.

TechCA respects the rights of individuals and is committed to a harassment-free experience.  Members are expected to be courteous and avoid disrespectful behavior.

Any individual or company that violates the Code of Conduct may have their membership suspended or canceled without a refund.
