The OpenText AppWorks Technical Consultant will provide consultation in order to help with the implementation of the new IDRP functionalities within the NIMBUS platform. They will perform discovery, design, documentation and configuration of any additional requirements of the NIMBUS platform, utilizing OpenText AppWorks, to ensure interaction with the Okta UIAM solution to meet NIMBUS requirements for AB290.
The OpenText AppWorks Technical Consultant will utilize OpenText AppWorks to lead department efforts on configuring two new case types in PCS: IDRP 3rd Party Payment Complaints, and IDRP Non-Emergency Service Complaints. This includes, but is not limited to, configuring automation of associated processes, as well as drafting and authoring operational reports and analytic dashboards. They may be required to configure or provide solutions to ensure congruency with current PCS functional requirements that are currently being configured as part of the ongoing NIMBUS PCS enhancement process.
They will also provide associated services including, but not limited to: Data Migration, End User Documentation, End User Training, Project Backlog Remediation, Technical Documentation and Technical Knowledge Transfer in order to help the Department create a fully functional, single consolidated system for processing all provider complaints upon project completion.
a. Three years of experience as a Senior Programmer/Configuration Specialist responsible for designing and configuring Case Management solutions within the OpenText AppWorks platform.
b. Three years of experience as a Senior Programmer/Configuration Specialist responsible for configuring solutions within an Agile Project Management Methodology.
c. Public Sector IT project experience.
d. BA/BS in computers or technology.
a. OpenText AppWorks Platform Developer Certification.
b. Three years of experience developing Case and Content Management solutions within the OpenText AppWorks within a Software as a Service (SaaS) Model
c. Three years of experience configuring role-based web portals within the OpenText AppWorks SaaS platform.
d. Three years of experience configuring Application and Data Integration solutions within the OpenText AppWorks SaaS platform.
e. Three years of experience configuring Operational Reporting and Analytics solutions using Magellan within the OpenText AppWorks SaaS platform.
f. Three years of experience configuring Advanced Capabilities (Enterprise Capture, Intelligent Capture) within the OpenText AppWorks SaaS platform.
g. Three years of experience utilizing external web-services APIs from within AppWorks, providing OpenText AppWorks web-services APIs to be used by external applications, deployed within an OpenText AppWorks SaaS platform.
h. Three years of experience configuring OpenText AppWorks to function with Okta Unified Identity Access Management (UIAM) cloud solution.
