TechCA announced the addition of Rick Collins to its Advisory Council, bringing decades of experience in public-sector technology and business development to the association’s governance body. 

Collins most recently served as the chief growth officer (CGO) at Voyatek, where he led growth strategy and business development efforts. He previously spent more than eight years as managing director of business development at OnCore Consulting, overseeing growth strategy, pipeline development, partnership relationships, and marketing. Before joining OnCore, Collins held senior business development and capture roles at CGI and NetApp.

His experience working with government clients, systems integrators, and technology partners will help advance TechCA’s mission as the association continues to strengthen collaboration between industry and the California state government.

The TechCA Advisory Council provides strategic guidance to support the association’s work in advocacy, education, and engagement across California’s public-sector technology community.
