TechCA today announced the appointment of Sejla Begic to its Advisory Council, further strengthening the association’s leadership with her decades of experience in public-sector technology and consulting.

 Begic currently serves as a Government & Public Sector SLED Client Executive at EY (Ernst & Young LLP), where she supports California state, local, and education (SLED) government clients with solving their most challenging business problems through strategic technology initiatives. Prior to joining EY in January 2025, she held senior roles at Deloitte and Accenture, focusing on digital transformation and client relationship management within the government sector.

 From 2018 to 2024, Begic was a Government & Public Sector Client Relationship Executive at Deloitte, helping state agencies navigate complex modernization efforts through data-driven strategies and scalable technology solutions.

 Before that, she spent over 20 years at Accenture, ultimately serving as a Business and Systems Integration Leader, where she played a pivotal role in designing and delivering technology systems for public-sector clients across California.

 The TechCA Advisory Council provides strategic guidance on the association’s programs and policy initiatives. Council members represent a cross-section of technology leaders with a shared mission to strengthen California’s digital future.
