Thank you to our members who participated in the association’s State Capitol Day on Wednesday in Sacramento. It was a great day of meetings led by our Legislative Committee Co-chairs London Biggs and Lorin Alusic, with Laine Cavazos, Courtney Jensen, Dorothy Amaro, Tony Fortenberry, Vidhu Shekhar, Seth Waters, and Bill Maile talking tech policy with distinguished members of the California State Legislature.

Our conversations with senators, assembly members, and staff had an impact and paved the way for important work ahead, advocating for the policies and priorities we discuss every month in our Legislative Committee. Thank you to Fernández Jensen Kimmelshue Government Affairs for lobbying on behalf of TechCA.

The day’s meetings were followed by a reception at TechCA headquarters with WHIRED Wine Bar and so many members, staff, and colleagues. We are already looking forward to next year!
