The Technology Industry Association of California will host a Procurement Committee meeting to discuss terms and conditions related to state IT security. The meeting is open to all technology industry representatives who wish to participate.
Please bring specific examples from existing terms and conditions, or terms added to RFPs that have proven problematic. Please include anyone from your company that can contribute to the discussion, including legal counsel.
