TechCA is pleased to announce that Isaiah Mall, former state technology executive and current Practice Director at Infinite Solutions, has joined the association’s Advisory Council.

Mall brings more than 25 years of experience in information technology and government administration, including over a decade at the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet), where he served as Deputy Secretary for Administrative Services, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Technology Officer. He also previously held the role of Project Oversight Manager at the California Department of Technology during his distinguished career in state government.

In his current role at Infinite Solutions, Mall leads strategic initiatives focused on modernizing government operations through advanced technology solutions. Infinite Solutions, a California-based consulting firm established in 1997, provides IT consulting, implementation services, and innovative platforms to public sector clients. Under Mall’s leadership, the firm is expanding its portfolio in areas such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization, partnering with major technology providers and state agencies to accelerate innovation across California.

The TechCA Advisory Council guides the organization’s priorities and direction to ensure a high-quality membership experience. Meeting throughout the year, the council is dedicated to fostering productive and trusted relationships between industry and government.

Established in 2019, TechCA is California’s first statewide government technology association, now approaching its sixth year of advancing collaboration and innovation across the public sector technology community.
